Professional Piano Educator

Judy is a student at the University of California, Irvine, where she studies Applied Mathematics and Business Management. Music has been a lifelong passion, and she enjoys exploring a variety of instruments, singing, and experimenting with music production.

She began studying piano at the age of seven through private instruction and has since developed a strong and versatile musical background. While her primary focus is classical piano, Judy also enjoys performing movie and video game soundtracks, as well as jazz, pop, and electronic music. She has completed multiple ABRSM examinations and earned the ARSM Diploma in Piano Performance. Her experience includes participation in piano competitions and performances at notable venues such as Merkin Hall and Carnegie Hall in New York.

In addition to piano, Judy has studied classical guitar and ukulele since middle school. During high school, she was an active member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society, where she participated in performances, volunteered at community events, and assisted in teaching music classes.

As a teacher, Judy is passionate about helping students discover music as a meaningful form of self-expression. She creates a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can build confidence, develop strong musical foundations, and cultivate a lasting appreciation for music.
