Kaylyn Yager is a Soprano who holds a Bachelor of Music from Arizona State University. She has been teaching voice lessons for 6 years, specializing in classical and musical theater styles. She has worked with students of all ages and voice types globally, teaching music theory, performance, and vocal health. Her pedagogy emphasizes sight reading capability, finding proper repertoire, and audition preparation. She has a passion for choral music and live theater. She has performed in opera productions by composers such as Monteverdi, Mozart and Ching as well as Musicals such as Beauty and the Beast, Into the Woods, and The Little Mermaid. She also actively participates in multiple choirs in the Orange County area, such as the Orange County Women’s Chorus and Classic Carolers. She is overjoyed to be teaching at Elite Musique and is looking forward to the upcoming school year!
